Continuing my adventures of installing the nVidia driver: Following the
directions, I get to:

"No matching precompiled kernel interface was found on NVIDIA ftp site;

"gcc-version-check failed:

"./usr/src/nv/conftest.sh: line 19: cc: command not found
Be sure to have your distributions libc development package installed
and tha t'cc' is a valid compiler name."

I am baffled at this juncture. I have searched for directions, followed
what I understood, and still get to this brick wall. Any help in getting
me into the hidden workings of Linux FC4 is appreciated. I want to fly
my FlightGear!
