Ah-hah, it seems to work.  I'll have to play with it more later, but the
basic functionality is there.  Is it possible to move the properties out
of /sim/model/control and into /control...

Perhaps I'll borrow the Lightning's chute.ac model for the F4.

I looked at that patch briefly, the "E" model F4 isn't carrier rated,
anyway.  The hook is for the BAK-* barriers at the ends of military
runways.
