am currently studying Maya for the 3rd year so I might be able to help with
the modeling :)
All I need are decent photos of all sides of the building/s in question and
a file format that you can work with (or is accepted within FG...). After
that we can re-make the world (or at least our chunk of it...)!!!!!
As for a Kiwi user list......I'm in :)

If some kind hearted 3D modeller wanted to do the construct I'd certainly
be able to provide all the photos that were required since I can drive
past both in the line of my work.
