I would have thought that the A320 pilot wouldn't be qualified to refuel his plane. But seriously, sure you can. but you will need to browse the internal properties for /consumables/fuel/tank (left hand tank) and /consumables/fuel/tank[0] for the right hand tank. You can also use the telnet interface to set these attributes from a script. Examples can be found in the scripts directory from the source package.
