Actually they called ATC Flight Simulator who agreed to help out.  Then ATC contacted me for a small amount of help scripting out and timing what the simulator would do in the court room scene so that the actors could just wiggle the controls in a highly dramatic fashion while the simulator always did the right thing.  A couple late nights on the phone and ssh-ing into the simulator remotely via dialup at the studio, but we got it done.
