Yep. Heard a lot about this. Coming in to a long thread so ... How did one 
interface this toy to the PC and linux?

I have a "Gyropoint" mouse. One of the original gyroscopic gesture 
controllers. On the table, it is yet another baller. Hold it up, press the 
side right button, it now is an in the air mouse. It is harder to use this 
way then one might think at first but if one is OK with the Wii, this should 
be a breeze and not special interface required. Only has two (sets of two) 
buttons, however, so this is more restrictive for varied gaming.

I bought this for use as a baton in with an old Windows MIDI conductor program 
"MagicBaton". Play your symphony and ... you are the conductor. As I said, no 
as easy as one might think.
