Thanks Curtis;

I will admit that I have a FX5200 NVidia card and this Asus MB is full 
of Nvidia.  All works very well.  However, I am using the Xorg nv module 
at this time.  I will likely upgrade the kernel this week end and then 
install the NVidia file.run.  We will see if that fixes it.
