Some things I do not see in the pre-reqs for building OSG but they come 
up with "ccmake .", hitting g does nothing.
The NOT_FOUND stuff with configure, Collada, openVRML, Inventor and 
Jasper.  Am I right in assuming these are the showstoppers and are 
really necessary for generate to do something.
