Hi Mirko!

The difference between X-Plane and FlightGear, both using the apt.dat
format,  is that X-Plane draws the airport realtime whereas FlightGear
has a precompiled/prebuilt airport-terrain display.
So you might already see a changed local airport with more realistic
taxiways/aprons in the apt.dat but not in FlightGear.
If someone does not want to wait until the next scenery release he has
to use TerraGear, but this is another story (see FG lists archive).
