Hal,
Do you what the ATI equivalent of Sync to VBlank? I've gone through all the
video card settings in both ATI Catalyst and ATI Tray Tools and do not see
that option. Thanks.

Compaq Presario, Windows XP with
AMD Athalon processor, 3200, ~2.2 GHz
1 GB PC2700 DDR SDRAM
512 MB ATI Radeon X1600 AGP graphics card
