I've been playing around with an ATMega328 as part of a hobby UAV project.
I've also been doing a bit of gumstix (verdex) work.  I'm learning as I go.
 I hacked up an arudpilot (atmega328 based) from diydrones to act as a servo
control subsystem and the next step is to integrate it with my software
running on the gumstix (verdex actually.)  I'm learning how to solder 0.1"
headers onto a circuit board, I'm learning about TTL level serial
communication.  I fabricated a simple passive power distribution bus last
night ... look out!
