Right, official Ubuntu (and Debian) builds have historically left out
XDBE support per configure's default behavior, but that's potentially
open to change for future releases if it turns out to be desirable.
That said, it wouldn't show up in fltk-config anyway (though it still
would in an examination of libfltk itself).
