I don't remember). We don't have it in X11 either, and I'd like to keep it as it is and revert the change in Windows. FLTK's (input) behavior should be the same as in other apps, and this is the old behavior on Windows and X11 (AFAICT). We just changed Fl_Input to resemble the OS's default behavior as much as possible. If OS X is different, then it's okay to do it on OS X. Other opinions?
