Maybe I don't understand something essential, so let me ask: You said you are using CeGCC, so I assume that you want to compile FLTK to run on a WindowsCE/WindowsMobile Platform, right? If that is the case, X11 will do you no good at all because these are the Linux graphic libraries. Please let us know for which platform and OS exactly you try to compile.
