Hey folks,we discussed about this and integrated it quite some time ago :-)
Did you noticed only today that the fltk.pdf file was in the distrib 1.3 ?
FYI, I only added the pdf to the website today.

AFAIK, it's about 4.5MB and is not (supposed to be) updated all the time.
I reduced it's size recently after albrecht corrected lots of typos, comments 
and headers, so you must _not_ have the latest release.
You should also have now *9* pages of ToC.
It's still improvable I think and you are all welcome to help if you have any 
TeX or HTMLDOC or both insights ;-)
