It's located in directory doc/html/ of the svn data and describes the complete API for printing/PostScript file output. Just open file doc/html/index.html . This doc hides what is not of end users' concern, namely platform- specific classes (e.g., Fl_Quartz_Printer) and classes (e.g., Fl_Virtual_Printer) that exist only because there are differences between platforms.
