I saw something similar last night when I was playing with it in universalindentgui, where one of the comment length options was set to the ridiculusly small 16. I had assumed it was a typo in the .ini file that drives the options in universalindentgui, but obviously not. I haven't looked at uncrustify directly, so don't know which option it would really be, but it's customizable. Maybe.
