Win7 with MinGW.

Yes, I see it now too, but fltk 1.1 is different (see below).

I don't know, but we should check this. However, I can't do it right
now; no more time.

But one last for now. I see focus "preference" like this in my tests
on Win7 and Linux:

fltk 1.1: (1) text input, (2) button 1, (3) button 0.
fltk 1.3 (pre-patch): (1) text input, (2) button 0 (as you wrote).
fltk 1.3 (patch 2): as shown above for fltk 1.1.

According to the existing code the fltk 1 behavior is the *intended*
behavior. There must have been a *regression* in fltk 1.3 WRT focus
handling and take_focus(), maybe the recent hotspot and label
additions. (?)
