Sounds like it's a bitch to fix, and if I understand correctly, is
perhaps
specific to wordwrap enabled when "words" are wider than the window,
a seemingly very specific case, and one that has perhaps been in there
since the beginning?
Perhaps we can reclassify this one as 'MODERATE" so that it doesn't
hold release, or bump it to 1.3.2.

Hmm, this sounds bad if it's still un-fixed.
Fabien seems to think this has been solved as of Apr 20,
but there hasn't been a followup.
Perhaps we should warn on this one that if there's no reply,
it will auto-close.

This one seems to propose a patch with an option to
force wrap breaks. Fabien asks if this is better simply solved
(without an option) as opposed to adding an option flag.
Not sure if this is perhaps related to 2682 (above)
Sounds like the options are:
o Implement the patch with an option flag
o Reimplement the patch as default behavior (no flag)
o Reclassify as an RFE or MED priority and revisit in next
release

Although there hasn't been any follow ups, I'm wondering if Manolo's
recent activity with the image stuff hasn't perhaps solved this.
I'm not at all familiar with this one as it sounds cygwin specific
and involves GDI, whatever that is.
Perhaps someone familiar can follow up to see if it's still an issue
or not (ie. maybe fixed?).
