Thanks Bill - There seems to be some code in common, but often with  
different function names, and there seem to be some places where the  
fltk2 and fltk1 code are achieving similar ends in different ways,  
and there are a few functions in the fltk2 code that might be handy,  
that fltk1 seems to be short of... I was thinking I'd try and pull it  
all together. But I haven't had time, yet...
