All, Yet another revision. This is essentially just to keep in sync with 1.1.8-r5953.
Also adds a more elaborate attempt at getting the XFT linux build to load something sensible for gl_font(...) operations. This latest version seems fairly good - it now loads the "correct" face and size for all the fltk "built-in" fonts and seems promising for other fonts generally.
