It is interesting to note that all of the linked sites except fltk.org have white text backgrounds, with colors used for links bars and such. Also it looks like fltk.org uses much less CSS than GTK, QT and WxWidgets' sites.
So if you're going to redesign the site, please switch around the color scheme a bit. IMHO, the fltk.org web site structure is just as good as or better than almost all of them though.
