Yes - exactly that sort of thing! And let me tell you (maybe you already know) the first time you sit in front of a desk like that, you freeze, 'cos your mind can't figure out what to do first (too many choices...) The people that fly these desks all the time don't see the knobs any more, they see groups and functions - much higher level.
