Yes - I saw there was some stuff in fltk-2, but the mechanism used to
get at the Quartz layer seems to be quite different from the fltk-1.1
version (although I may just be misunderstanding what's being done.)

The bulk of the existing code is in fltk-1.1.9, so a port is not readily
feasible.
