Greetings fellow command line zealot ;-) I totally agree with most of the things you mentioned. I have yet to see an ide that I think was done right. Some are close, but no cigar. It does seem doable though. What I mean is that I don't see any technical reason that would prevent the development of an ide that I would want to use. When I referenced your video, I was just thinking that it would take at least as long to use the tool as it would to just write the code. This is escepcially true since you (like me) like to keep some boiler plate code around. I will have to stand by my "not user friendly" observation though. Then again, I'm sure there are those who would vigorously disagree with all of this. P.S. Ranting is fine by me. It helps me understand the project and the people better.
