        I did actually skim it looking for in my mind 'Building Custom Projects'
        and somehow missed in the index the "Creating new Projects".

        But don't despair; now that we know it's there, we can
        refer people to that section (saves typing!)

        If that's possible to do, that sounds sweet.
        I know the older VS IDEs have somewhat predictable file formats,
        wasn't sure about the new ones that seem very UUID-centric.
