Hi Ben

I'm cross compiling for use on a coldfire using nxlib, nanoX and uclinux. To
get it to compile I needed to add some header files to my nxlib directory
X11/extensions shape.h, shapeconst.h, XI.h and XInput.h, a change to the
makefile so it didn't try to compile fluid, glut or test as they wouldn't
compile and I didn't need them. I can compile some of the test apps
individually though.

Stuart
