Does it change the behavior if you change this line:
> window->show(argc, argv);
..to just:
window->show();
..?
I know that there's a difference in how colormaps are handled when
show(argc,argv) is used.
I noticed in 1.3.x, FL_WHITE resolves to 255 (see FL/Enumerations.H)
whereas in 1.1.x, FL_WHITE resolves to 7.
I'm not sure why this change was made; svn shows the change was made
by Matt in September 2009 to resolve STR#2208, though I'm not sure
I see how changing FL_WHITE from 7 -> 255 solves the problem.
Perhaps Matt can weigh in?
