Hard to say - it's still pre-alpha, so who knows what it might have by the time it is stable. (Patches welcome BTW.) It is pre-alpha, and pretty much anything might change (though probably will not). You don't want to be using fltk-3 at this stage, unless you are prepared to cope with the "flux". Hence the high entry barrier... Fltk-1.3 is the only currently recommended branch. And you can make it look like anything, if you make a little effort; even changing appearance at runtime.
