I've sent my details to the email address specified. It is only happening when browser windows are hidden--regardless of how they are hidden.
Both of the behavior preferences which cause hidden windows, as well as clicking "Hide" from the dock icon's context menu. I did report this with some detail on the mailing list a while back, but have had major problems getting submissions to that list to show up on Google Groups (no idea why).
