Good point, Roger, since Mr. Triple Asterisk is in absentia and not able to choose counsel. Would the abusee be random or come forth and ask to be abused? Would we know the real identity of the fictitious character, 'cause if we just had a bunch of people jumping on the bandwagon and becoming fictitious abusers, abusing whomever, things could get pretty vicious. Trying to control random acts of abuse would be like herding cats. Maybe it should be fluxilysilly abuse by fluxfictitious character.
