It is rather overwhelming to learn of the methods others are
employing for their projects--
as mine are very lowtech--
i can't relly afford camera or film for the moment--may as yet
during the course of the project--last used a disposable one--
so i make with my hands at the requisite moment a "frame" as
though with a camera--and note what seen at the chosen time
this i note on a page and with it, as many events intersect at
that moment, notes on what going on physically and what in the head--so
make a collage of some scraps of things as 'evidence' of that moment
i picked my time as five o'clck in the afternoon--as the first
time i thought of as that poem by Federico Garica Lorca kept beating in my
head--it is abt a matador killed in the ring at that hour
so my pieces will be somewhat like mini newspaper pages--
("the five o'clock news" so to speak)

is more my method than a program for "chance
operation"
again, this due to lowtech--i don't know how to make a program!
so the project is bounded by that time selected and the methods
and materials to hand
that way can be done anyplace at that moment as never know for
sure where i will be at that time on any given day
