More a matter of talking about ourselves (??? is this the same thing?) Anyway I have
no problem contributing a few lines :)

I enjoy being subscribed to Fluxlist because the discussion is often lighthearted and
creative. Though of course, all communities go through cycles & occasionally there
are tensions that arise, but this will lead into a creative period again. For the
most part I've never felt shy about joining in on discussions or participating in
projects when they're proposed... so you know there is a sense of community and support
here. My favorite aspects of Fluxus is that it changes the way I think about ordinary
worldly things. There 's quite a bit I don't yet understand but I love hearing of
various artists' documented projects & even sometimes taking part.

One thing I don't like about Fluxus historically as an art form is that some artist's
work seemed based solely around tedium as a central theme, and tedium is one thing
I've always sought to escape! So I actively try to avoid it in art pieces.. I prefer
the more playful and interactive ones.
