Here's a thought:
If we know in advance *about* how many people want a copy, each person could
make that number of copies of his/her contact information on a standard size
(perhaps 3x5 index card size? is that a standard UK format?). Then everyone
gets one of each with as much information as the artist includes, AND each
submission is sort of a work of art in itself. By specifying format and
margins, (eg, horizontal w/ 1/2 inch left on the left edge) eveyone would
have a collection of cards that they could bind, box or somehow organize
however they pleased.
OR -- we could set a number, and everyone who submitted would get a copy
with any extras made available to ???
That way one person would be spared the copying of everyone's address; they
would just act as the collector/passer-onner on the complete sets.
(And if everyone who sent cards sent a return address you'd be spared that,
too).
Now that I've had that thought, it will undoubtedly send me to bed with a
headache for three days....
