I can maybe do one this weekend - would you prefer heavy paper or can we choose our materials?  front and back cover separate pieces, or one large piece to be folded?  or provide something like 1/4 inch for a "spine"?

Also, what's your mailing address again?

that size is the measurement of my digital camera and seems large enough for our puposes. still no thought on a deadline but maybe 1 march, is that too soon for the covers and info to be sent to me so that the little elves can begin assemly????
