I know this isn't so art related but as someone living outside the US I'm interested.......... Do people in the US really believe there is the possibility of nuclear attack? I got the impression that the current government paranoia on your side of the Atlantic is just media tactics to deflect attention from the fact that Bush etc. knew about 9-11 beforehand. I would have thought that the more serious nuclear worry at the moment was the possibility of war between India and Pakistan. cheers, Sol.
