I assume the field is not available through the Expose Attributes option.

One thing you can try, which might just work, is this:
Use an AttributeCreator to create that attribute. Fill it with the 
appropriate value and write it out to the destination dataset. This has 
worked for me with other formats, so it's worth a try.
