The Bufferer should output areas, which you can run through the 
Dissolver. Depending on your actual geometry, you would probabely also 
need a DonutBuilder.

In the past, I've come across minor problems in forming the polygons 
this way, which could be fixed by changing the angle setting in the 
Bufferer.
