Hi,
I recently moved from a windows xp environnement with FME 2003 and
Oracle 8.1.7.4 to a Solaris 8 environnement with FME 2004 and 8.1.7.0.
For now, i try to execute the .fme files generated by Workbench 2003
on the unix system.
The transformations work fine for ARCSDE databases but when I try to
read/write on Oracle Attribute Only bases I get the error :
BADNEWS: Database Reader: Unable to open database: [DBNOTFOUND] No
access library for 'ORACLE8'
The connection works with sqlplus.
I checked my libraries, my environnement variables seem to be fine and
the script $FME_HOME/ora8ilist is able to make a connection (not the
ora8list but i suppose that the 8i is more appropriate).
Can somebody help me? It is pretty urgent...
