All of them :)

The current FME betas can take advantage of 3Gb of ram 
(http://fmepedia.com/index.php/FME_Performance_Tuning) so if you often 
have to process large dataset that would be a good thing to consider. 
Fast disks can, especially when using large datasets, make a lot of 
difference as well. This also applies to disk space.
