Hi Dimitar,
We've confirmed that the EOF marker should not be written and removed
that part of the code from FME. The fix should make it into build 4115
which will be available tomorrow (Weds 9-Aug, pacific time) at the
earliest. To be absolutely sure, check the What's New file and it will
probably tell you when the fix is included.
