Hi Jeff, I've filed a PR (PR#10069) that asks the developers for the ability to choose which ArcGIS license to use when running a translation in FME.
I'm going on vacation next week, so what I'll do is log a ticket in our support queue for the Extender issue so that someone will work on it in my abscence. So don't be surprised if you get an automatic email response from our system saying you logged a ticket - it will be me logging it on your behalf.
