Hi,
Is this definitely the writing, or is it maybe the reading? Sometimes
it is difficult to tell. Can you read the data into the FME Viewer
without the error?

But it does sound like there is an issue with the data we are trying
to write. Are you turning off the SmallworldGeometryFactory on the
read? I think that might cause problems. There is (in the latest 2007
betas) a transformer to validate geometry. Perhaps that would help to
isolate any defective features.

In any event, it ought not to crash. Perhaps you could write the data
to FFS format instead of ArcSDE and send the FFS data to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] - we'll then be able to examine it and try an SDE
write here to locate the problem.

Which version and build of FME are you using?

Regards,

Mark
