Video conversions? Hey now there is a thought - 'save me a fortune on
Camtasia.

Seriously though, why not? Take a look at http://tools.google.com/gapminder

If your average GIS can export AVI or QuickTime animations, why not be able
to make SWF for a web page?

Video is only an attribute anyway, add it to the supported formats gallery.

I was worried that might happen. Does WMV have the same codec issues?
I know flash doesn't so when I find a way to do it, I'll upload it as
a flash file.

What a pity FME doesn't do video conversions (yet!)
