Mark,

You're using the TechSmith Screen Capture codecs. Everybody can
download the codecs from:

http://download.techsmith.com/tscc/tscc.exe
(taken from http://www.techsmith.com/download/codecs.asp)

If you can render to a standard WMV format, then there shouldn't a
codec issue.
