Hi Cynthia, I confess total ignorance of the specifics of this software....
Having said this... to an old television engineer CMYK almost certainly means Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, (intensity), which is the color complement to Red, Green, Blue (RGB). In other words, I'll bet you an Oreo cookie (double-stuff even) that one of your images is merely a color negative of the desired format. One simple way to convert color negatives to positives is to use /effects/negative in Microsoft Photo Editor (in MS Office). Probably Photoshop has the same feature.
