Thanks for all the tips. I think I'll go ahead and install the full Photoshop and see where I get (maybe it is in the LE version, but just not locatable using the keywords I tried, CMYK, color, etc - I find that the people who index the help files often don't include words that seem so obvious to me.
And yes, to the television engineer - it is cyan, magenta, and yellow. For anyone else reading this who is curious to know more, there is a great description of the difference in the two color modes (RGB, CMYK) in Robin Williams book "The non-designers book of web design" (Peachpit).
