In Dreamweaver, you can change the link colors for the whole page by going 
to Modify > Page Properties. If you want to change a particular link's 
unvisited color, you should be able to do it by highlighting the link and 
setting the color in the "Properties" window.  At least that works for me. 
(I always work with this window open -- if you don't have it on your 
screen, go to Windows > Properties and make sure that there is a check next 
to "Properties.")
