I'm enjoying this thread. The bcompiler tutorial blew my mind. Thirsty for more, I found this hands-on tutorial for Meta II which also gives the reader a web-browser environment (a "Metacompiler Workshop", similar to Alessandro Warth's OMeta/JS webpage) for playing with Meta II.
