I have seen much of the code i available for peeking around various
repositories on the net, but for it to run in Squeak one
needs the Gezira plugin.
I'm guessing VPRI had a Mac version :-)

It would be cool if the code was available and someone took the time
to make it run on all 3 major platforms.
I'm not sure how much work it would be to port to Windows or Linux...
